Sorry for the wind noise in the video but here is what he summarized: The first incident happened just after midnight. There has been a large house party at 170 Pitt Street and the hosts called police for help in breaking it up. Gunfire erupted before police arrived and three people were wounded. So far, the victims have not been cooperative with police. At 2:30 p.m., police responded to a second location at Barnum Avenue and William Street and found a 23-year-old man shot.
