Easter Egg Hunt For Everyone!

The Greens Farms Volunteer Fire Company will hold its 64th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 4 on the grounds of Long Lots School, Hyde Lane, Westport at 2:00 PM. Children will hunt for the eggs in age groups through age ten. Children finding special marked eggs will receive Easter baskets. The Easter bunny will be there to meet and greet the children. You do not have to be a citizen of Westport, it is open to everyone! 6:55pm--#Bridgeport CT--#Fairfield CT--A complicated and delayed call mainly because I was on my way to pick up my fix from Arthur's Famous Pizza, 430 Park Avenue and that I had to play back audio from both towns. An officer on patrol spotted a stolen vehicle, a tan Chevy Malibu with CT plates 7AHLE8 on Washington and Pequonnick Streets and gave chase. Bridgeport Police spokesman William Kaempffer confirmed the car was stolen with key back in February. Chatter from all towns including state police radios said it was taken at gunpoint in a carjacking. The pursuit continued to Laurel and Brooklawn Avenue. The pursuit continued into Fairfield to Park Avenue where the driver almost hit a Bridgeport Police Officer at Wilson…

2:07pm--#Fairfield CT--A woman who was walking her dog at Lake Mohegan was attacked and bitten by a a pit bull dog. Dog is no longer threatening but she has a puncture wound. First responders on the way. A man was also attcked by a dog Tuesday night and he shot the dog on Jennings Road.
