John Paul was my pit man at DeSantie Tires located right over the North Avenue line from Bridgeport at 8 Tunxis Hill Rd in Fairfield. I had the tires rotated, I should have done it earlier as there is noticeable wear difference between front and back tires. There is free rotation and flat repair so I should have gotten there sooner. DeSantie Tires has the same low prices of the big box chains but with great customer service! They also have used tires as well. Give them a try!

I was at Home Cheapo trying to get some electrical advice on a product I purchased. I was in earlier and they said their electrician would be in at 2:30, they paged him. As I waited standing next to me was electrician Luiz Braga. He looked at the wiring diagram I had in my hand. He said I was wiring it correctly but if I had any further problems or issues to phone him and he would stop up and fix it at no charge. All he asked for was a future referral. He advice was spot on and I had the item working within minutes. Well he didn’t know who I was. What a refreshing encounter! I am so glad to pay this forward. I told him who I was and asked him to stop up to take a picture with me but I guess he’s camera shy. But here is his business card. I know he can’t stop up to everyone’s house for free, but if you are looking for a honest, good guy for an electrician give him a call at 203-916-2267.
