#Bridgeport, Conn. (July 10, 2015 press release) – An employee at a Boston Avenue CVS was charged with assaulting a 56-year-old customer following a dispute. Christopher Frank Jr., 27, of Oxford Street, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. The two argued in the store and Frank came from behind the counter and assaulted the victim.

The incident happened at about noon today near East Washington and Housatonic avenues. The male cyclist was taken to Bridgeport Hospital with injuries that were not life threatening.
