11:40pm--#Fairfield CT--A man at the Hunan Pavillion at 80 Grasmere Avenue called police that he is having homicidal tendencies. He has a pocket knife and police are trying to get him to put the knife down and walk out with his hands up. UPDATE---The man surrendered minutes later and was transferred to a local hospital to be evaluated.

Really Hot Rods At Ford
11:08pm--#Norwalk CT--Passerby calls 911 that there is heavy smoke coming from the showroom at McMahon Ford at 1 Main Street. Firefighters on scene saying it looks like a furnace malfunction. They are investigating.
Armed robbery
10:44pm--#Bridgeport CT--A man was robbed at the corner of High Ridge Drive and Lawn Street by two men in a silver SUV. A gun was displayed and the suspects pistol whipped the victim. The SUV left down Lawn Street towards Truman Street.
No Funny Money for the King
6:49pm--#Bridgeport CT--A man attempted to pass a counterfeit one hundred dollar bill at the Burger King on Boston Avenue. Uncertain if it happened at the drive in or in the store but it wound up in the parking lot and the manager confronted the man on it. The man attempted to run the manager over with his car.
