7:26pm--#Bridgeport CT-- A man was stabbed in the back of the head at 44 Worth Street. The suspect supposedly lived on the third floor but radio reports said that apartment is vacant and no one was in the apartment. Earlier a man said he was stabbed in the 800 block of Maplewood Avenue during a robbery attempt.

6:38pm--#Bridgeport CT-- A stabbing victim arrived at St. Vincent's Hospital, he was stabbed in the back. He told police it happened in the 800 block of Maplewood Avenue. He told police that someone attempted to rob him, a male in a black hoodie is the only description. That should narrow it down. Bridgeport News: Short In A Wall And Tickets In The Street
5:44pm--#Bridgeport CT-- Firefighters were called for a fire at 2209 Main Street for a call of a fire. They located a short in the wall in one of the apartments. 1:31am--#Bridgeport CT-- Firefighters were called to a house fire in the 2500 block of Old Town Road. When firefighters arrived they found the fire in the fireplace had extended into the walls of the garage. Firefighters had everything under control within 15 minutes.
