I just received this email. I knew NOT to click on the link. I called the bank directly to make sure my account was in good standing which it was. The customer service person said they do NOT post any links in their emails. I have worked with the police departments long enough to not click on any links. Just a reminder to everyone not to get scammed! If in doubt, call the customer support phone number directly, never, never, never click on the link.
11:20am--#Ansonia CT-- First responders on scene at Adanti Drive for a report of carbon monoxide poisoning. Radio reports say the carbon monoxide alarms were going off in the home and the residents were passing out in the structure. 5:40pm--#Bridgeport CT-- Another pedestrian was hit by a vehicle, this time at Wood and Maplewood Avenue. Firefighters assisted the woman in the ambulance in the pouring rain. The driver did remain on scene and cooperated with police. Just as I was writing this report another report of a pedestrian being hit at John and Middle Street came over the radio.
The Naugatuck Valley Health District is hosting a free public flu vaccination clinic on Saturday, December 1, 2018 from 9-11AM at the NVHD office located at 98 Bank Street, Seymour, CT 06483. This clinic is open to anyone, regardless of insurance status, although if individuals have eligible insurance, they should bring their cards. Regular and high-dose (recommended for those aged 65 and older) vaccines are available. No appointments are necessary. 1:11am-- #Bridgeport CT-- According to radio reports, a customer who was asked to leave Tiago's Bar and Grill at 211 State Street and the disgruntled customer returned and shot at the establishment. Two of the front windows were shot out. There were no reports of anyone being hit and police did check with the area hospitals. A person was shot on July 1, 2018, from shots fired across the street from Mclevy Green. The windows were shot out again on October 31, 2013.
12:12am--#Westport CT--#cttraffic-- There is a three-car crash on I-95 southbound between exits 18 and 17 with injuries reported. The crash is in the left lane.
