Police UPDATE: On 03/26/2018 at approximately 9:49pm an armed robbery occurred at Stratfield Mobil Gas Station 1271 Stratfield Rd. Fairfield, CT. The store clerk reported that a male subject entered the store wearing a hat with a covered face, armed with a knife, and demanded the money from the cash register. After taking the money from the cash register, the suspect left the store and ran south on Stratfield Road. The clerk was not injured during the robbery. The store video surveillance showed a short stocky male, wearing a white head cover, a black T- shirt wrapped around his nose and mouth area. He was also wearing a grey Carhartt long-sleeved shirt, grey sweatpants, and black shoes while carrying a knife.…

2:24pm --#Bridgeport CT-- The west bound side of Fairfield Ave in front of the steak house is closed due to a vehicle fire that has quickly been knocked down by firefighters.
#cttraffic--State police are looking for a person operating dark-colored Ford Crown Victorian with red and blue lights. The operator is impersonating a police officer on I-95 near exit 18 earlier Sunday. The vehicle has South Carolina license plates that don't match the car. 12:02am--#Bridgeport CT-- Police located a stolen car in the St. Vincent Hospital area. A slow speed pursuit went down Main Street, to and across Washington Avenue around side roads in the Hollow before police broke off the pursuit. Fairfield Police UPDATE: On 03/25/2018 at approximately 9:15pm an armed robbery occurred at Star Gas Station 350 Jennings Rd. Fairfield, CT. The store clerk reported that a male entered the store armed with a knife, and demanded cash. The clerk opened the cash register and backed away while the suspect reached over the counter and took the cash drawer out of the register. The suspect then removed an undisclosed amount of cash and left the store on foot eastbound on Jennings Road.
