12:31pm--#Bridgeport Connecticut-- A person was shot outside PT Barnum Building 17 on Anthony Street. The person collapsed near building 15. A dark colored sedan was seen fleeing the scene according to scanner. No word on the person's condition. Initial witness reports say the man was shot in the back.
