Beer Journalist to Visit Fairfield Public Library
Beer Journalist John Holl will be presenting his new book, “The American Craft Beer Cookbook” at the Fairfield Public Library, 1080 Old Post Road on Tuesday, October 21. The program will begin at 7:00 pm in the Rotary Room. Beer journalist John Holl has visited more than 900 breweries around the world, conducting research for his beer-and-travel books as well as articles for the “New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Beer Connoisseur, Beverage World”, and many other publications. In his new book, “The American Craft Beer Cookbook”, he profiles his favorites and shares 150 of their beloved recipes for food that tastes amazing with beer.
