Police are investigating the death of a 10-day-old child. Police say there are no outward signs of a suspicious death. Police will await the autopsy results from the medical examiner before drawing any conclusions. Police processed the scene out of an abundance of caution. The sex of the child is not being released. The incident occurred on Fairview Avenue, a block from St. Vincent's Hospital.
7:31pm--#Bridgeport CT--A pedestrian was hit by a car at Boston Avenue and Huntington Road. No word on the victim's condition.
4:41pm--#Bridgeport CT--A person was just robbed at the corner of Main and Goldenrod Avenue after coming back from Subway. Two young teens approached the person and said they were going to shoot him if they didn't give them their sandwich. Police are investigating.

Lack of hydrants on the street complicated matters. Tanker trucks from all around came to the rescue and brought the fire under control shortly after 3pm. All occupants got out of the building safely and there were no reported injuries

3:10am--#Trumbull CT #Bridgeport CT--Trumbull Police requesting Bridgeport Police's assistance in a large street fight over the boarder across the street from the Trumbull Mall entrance on Main Street.
1:33pm--#Trumbull CT--Police are looking for a group of teens running through yards in the Chestnut Hill Road and Parkway Drive area. They are reported to be destroying Christmas decorations.
1:38am--#Bridgeport CT--Citizens sprang into action after an attempted robbery at Center and Harral Avenue. The suspect is reported to be unconscious. Police EMS on the way.
1:00am--#New Haven CT--Reports of a man in his 20's shot in the head 400 Sargent Drive at the Llaquinta Hotel. Police are looking for a red Buick possibly connected to the shooting. The man's condition is very serious.
