2:39am–Police received a call from a man that sated he was being raped by his boyfriend outside Hooker School on Hooker Roadand the call disconnected. Police were quick to the scene and located two males in the area but calls back to the phone go to voice mail. After further investigation police realize these are the two men and EMS was dispatched for one for “assault” and the other off to booking.

Citizens stop a sexual assault
4:32pm#Bridgeport CT– Citizens stopped a man with a knife who attempted to sexually assault a woman on State near Hanover Street. The citizens had him pinned down but the man escaped and there is now a manhunt on Park Avenue in the area. UPDATE: One in custody!
Dog in a hot car
3:25pm–#Fairfield CT–Another dog in a hot car in a gray Mercedes at Whole Foods police are on the way. Lt. Perez told me last week the person with the dog in the Home Depot parking lot was charged with animal cruelty and that they take these calls very serious.
Stabbing victim at police HQ
1:16pm–#Bridgeport CT–A stabbing victim just showed up at Bridgeport Police Headquarters at 300 Congress Street. EMS on the way.

3:31am–#Bridgeport #Fairfield CT–#ctfire–Fairfield Fire sending mutual aid to Bridgeport due to a numerous amount of emergency calls. A rollover accident on Lafayette Blvd was the start then a fire on Wilmont Avenue that rekindled and send evacuation tones for firefighters to evacuate the building. Also a police purist that ended on I-95 southbound exit 25 with a partially ejected driver kept emergency services in Bridgeport very busy.
Victim injured after street fight
3:19am–#Bridgeport CT–Person injured after street fight at Federal Avenue and Main Street. Man was hit by a bottle and on the way to the hospital.
Evacuation tone at Bridgeport fire
2:57am–A fire at Wilmont Avenue has rekindled on the 3rd floor and the evacuation tone was sounded for all firefighters to evacuate the building.
