STRATFORD – The Town of Stratford is encouraging the community to support local, small businesses intheir annual “Shop Small Stratford” campaign. Mayor Laura R. Congressman Jim Himes (CT-04) announced that the Partnership to End Human Trafficking (PEHT) will receive a $344,005 grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office For Victims of Crimes.
