BRIDGEPORT PUBLIC LIBRARY ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER PROGRAMS
BRIDGEPORT, CT – The Bridgeport Public Library is welcoming September with a variety of programs for children, teens, adults, and families, including a visit from Connecticut’s Kid Governor, activities for young creators, chess clubs, yoga classes, and an online author talk. On Tuesday, September 1, teens ages 12 to 19 can take part in Comic & Manga Hour from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. in the Burroughs-Saden Teen Room. The program will feature discussions, crafts, and selections from favorite shows and movies while introducing teens to library services including Kanopy, Libby, and Hoopla. No registration is required.
