Norwalk Police Seize 96 Pounds of Cannabis and More Than $135,000 in Cash During Search Warrant Execution On Thursday, September 17, 2026, members of the Norwalk Police Department’s Special Services Division executed a search and seizure warrant at 23 Glenwood Avenue in Norwalk, Connecticut. The warrant resulted from a long-term investigation into several vape and tobacco shops operating within the City of Norwalk. During the course of the investigation, investigators identified the residence at 23 Glenwood Avenue as a suspected stash house believed to be used to store a large quantity of cannabis products.
