Homicide Investigation Underway on Woodstock Avenue in Stratford

The Stratford Police Department responded to 437 Woodstock Avenue on April 4, 2026, at approximately 1:40 a.m. on a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers determined the disturbance was the result of a homicide. The incident is currently under active investigation by the Detective Bureau. Police have stated this appears to be an isolated incident, and there is no threat to the public at this time. Additional information will be released as the investigation continues.
