5:00pm–#Fairfield CT–Police called animal control about a small dog  running in and out of traffic on Black Rock Turnpike near Burroughs Road.  Animal Control replied he is trying to apprehend four dogs on the run on Black Rock Turnpike near Tahmore Drive.
