#Bridgeport CT—Editorial–Another tragedy shows just how important our police are. Please Mayor Finch, don’t try to balance the budget on the backs of our police or firefighters. They gave concessions in your first budget, remember? It is time to reward them for having your back then and now. Many towns are reporting the loss of trained professionals. Bridgeport cannot afford to lose these highly trained professionals!
