BRIDGEPORT — In Mayor Bill Finch‘s first term, he squeezed more than $20 million in concessions from the city’s labor unions. Now, in his second term, he’s asking for even more.  But union leaders, who had no advance notice of the $1.6 million in concessions factored into the 2013-14 budget unveiled Tuesday, say there isn’t much left to give.  CT Post has the full story here……
