Major fire and building collapse at 464 Howe Avenue. People were trapped in the building and I heard as many as 8 people are in critical, 2 non critical but this has NOT BEEN CONFIRMED. As I was leaving I heard EMS called for 2 more with chest pain. The massive building has collapsed in many sections. News12 was arriving as I was leaving so they may have this footage. Howe Convenient, Petal Pusher  among many other business no longer are there. Mutual aid from all over the state have assisted.  Firefighters had to deal with lowered water pressure due to a broken water main next door at the building at Subway.  Tanker truck from as far as 20 miles were called in to assist.  Power in the downtown area was also terminated.
