Malloy will participate in a media conference call with White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary Josh Earnest to preview President Obama’s upcoming event in New Britain on the minimum wage and the importance of giving hardworking Americans the raise they deserve.  Also participating will be Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chafee and Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin.
