Forecasters predicted rain and winds until Tuesday.  The governor shut down state parks.  Fairfield’s Code Red sends out two phone call alerts and two texts.  Would you say it was an over reaction?  When is “an abundance of precaution” too much and the public starts ignoring the warnings?
