On November 3, 2016 at 2:37 p.m., a Patrol Officer responded to the area of 14 Larsen Street for a man passed out in a vehicle. When the officer arrived, a male exited the vehicle, dropping a bag that contained crack cocaine. The male fled the scene on foot. A foot chase ensued with officers eventually catching the suspect in the backyard of 41 Concord Street. The bag, which was recovered at the scene, was found to contain (42)pieces of crack cocaine. The foot chase traversed Larsen Street, Merritt Street, Chestnut Street, the King Kennedy Housing Complex and Concord Street. Arrested: Benjamin Mosby, 37, of 6 Rose Park Avenue Stamford Charges: Possession Narcotics with Intent to Sell, Possession Narcotics with Intent to Sell within 1500’ School, Interfering with a Police Officer and Criminal Trespass 3.  Bond: $50,000
