On the state and local level.  If a government official or department head lies to the press and other government officials and gets caught.  Should he/she ever be trusted again?  If they give a press conference down the road on an entirely different topic, are they to believed?  Should the government officials believe that official or department head in future dealings or should all believably be suspect?   What are your thoughts?
