#Monroe CT– Tonight the Stepney Volunteer Fire Department said goodbye to an old friend, a 1995 Gowans–Knight rescue firetruck that has served Monroe for the last 23 years.  The truck will find new action in a volunteer fire department in Pennsylvania.  But Stepney volunteers are saying hello to the new Rescue  Engine Squad 103.
