State Police say Destiny Arriaga, 18 of Noble Avenue in Bridgeport passed of her injuries in this crash.
20190-08-08 @ 9:28pm–#Stratford CT– A car has gone through the guardrail and down the embankment on I-95 southbound near exit 30. There are three people trapped in the car with one in critical condition according to radio reports.
