2020-12-04@11:38am–#Stratford CT– #cttraffic– Police are investigating a crash on the Moses Wheeler Bridge-I-95 northbound. Another car pulled up and the driver fled in that car. Police are sorting this one out. One lane is open, expect delays but it doesn’t appear reason to detour.
