STRATFORD, CT – The Stratford Health Department has announced its next series of Back-to-School Physical and Immunization Clinics for students under 19 years old.
The upcoming clinics will be held on:
• Thursday, August 20, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Tuesday, August 25, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• Monday, August 31, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
All clinics will be held at the Stratford Health Department, 468 Birdseye Street, 3rd Floor, Stratford.
Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. Families may schedule an appointment by calling 203-385-4090.
The clinics are intended to help ensure that Stratford students are healthy, protected, and prepared for the upcoming school year.
