His interest in news spread to become the communities breaking news leader in Connecticut’s Fairfield County. He strongly believes that the public has right to know what is happening in their backyard and that government needs to be transparent. Steve also likes promoting local businesses.

I received a number of texts/messages for rapid gunfire on Stratford Avenue in the Union/Carroll/Central Avenue area. So far no reports of anyone or anything hit. There appears to be an increase of "automatic" in town. Two were arrested in a raid at Trumbull Gardens and a handgun that according to the press release said "a Glock 9mm semi-automatic pistol with an extended magazine equipped with a switch that converts the firearm to fully automatic. Two Arrested In Raid

Due to a recent spike in criminal activity within the Trumbull Gardens Housing Community, the Bridgeport Police Regional Task Force launched an investigation into recent "Shots Fired" incidents. As a result of the investigation a search warrant was obtained for a residence within the 400 block of Trumbull Ave.  On July 30, 2024,  members of the Regional Task Force assisted by the Bridgeport Police Department's Emergency Services Unit and Patrol Division served the warrant. Officers seized a Glock 9mm semi-automatic pistol with an extended magazine equipped with a switch that converts the firearm to fully automatic. This year, the fund has made remarkable strides in its mission to bridge the education and wealth gap in the region. Under the leadership of Rev. Dr. William D.
