11:26pm–#Bridgeport CT– Tonight’s vehicle fire is being hosted by Bridgeport at Salem and Anson Street. Firefighters say the car is fully engulfed in flames. A utility poles is also exposed to the flames.

10:30pm–#Fairfield CT– Firefighters on scene investigating a smoke condition at North Stratfield School at 190 Putting Green Road. Radio reports say it is originating in the boiler room.

Bridgeport News: Loud Noise May Be Resco
UPDATE: Firefighters just said it was a large steam release from a ruptured steam pipe at electrical plant on Atlantic Street.
7:30pm–#Bridgeport CT– Police are receiving a number of calls for a loud noise, sounding like an aircraft they cannot see in the Park Avenue /State Street area. Firefighters say it sounds like a massive water leak. An officer says it might be the Resco Plant venting. I hear it in Fairfield and that is the sound I head last year when Resco vented.
4:55pm–#cttraffic–#Fairfield CT– Back to back crashes just reported. Merritt Parkway southbound exits 44 to 46 a three car crash and another at Black Rock Turnpike (Route 58) and Congress Street.

Bridgeport News: Rollover Crash Driver Hit By Car
12:31pm–#cttraffic–#Bridgeport CT–A two car crash with rollover on I-95 northbound before exit 26. According to numerous radio reports then say one of the drivers now out of the car crosses over the southbound side and was struck by another car. The person hit was transported to St. Vincent’s Hospital with unknown injuries.

Bridgeport News: “Man” Stabs Girlfriend
9:12pm–#Bridgeport CT– A “man” at 571 Arctic Street on the 2nd floor allegedly stabs his girlfriend. There were little kids in the home according to radio reports. When police arrived the “man” had already fled. He returned shortly after midnight and police apprehended him.
