His interest in news spread to become the communities breaking news leader in Connecticut’s Fairfield County. He strongly believes that the public has right to know what is happening in their backyard and that government needs to be transparent. Steve also likes promoting local businesses.

Governor Community Forum in Norwalk Wednesday

(HARTFORD, CT) – Governor Dannel P. First Selectman Mike Tetreau announced today that the Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) is holding a public informational meeting on the Merritt Parkway Multi-Use Trail Feasibility Study on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 7 pm in the Team Room at Roger Ludlowe Middle School, 689 Unquowa Road. GOV. MALLOY: STATE WILL ACCEPT ASSAULT WEAPON AND LARGE CAPACITY MAGAZINE APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED BUT NOT RECEIVED BY DEADLINE

(HARTFORD, CT) – Governor Dannel P. Malloy today announced that the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection (DESPP) will accept and process the applications to register assault weapons and large capacity magazines that are believed to have been submitted to the state agency by the statutory deadline but were not received by that date.   In a letter to DESPP Commissioner Dora B.
