Fairfield News: Suspect In Fairfield Rest Area Stabbing Arrested
#Fairfield CT-- On December 27th, 2022, Troopers responded to the northbound rest area on I-95 in the Town of Fairfield to locate a female party involved in a stabbing incident that occurred on 12/26/22. The suspect, later identified as Kristin Allen (DOB 12/06/1987) was located outside of the rest area and subsequently taken into custody on an active arrest warrant. State Police-Involved Crash
2022-12-27@9:23pm--#Bridgeport CT--#cttraffic-- A crash involving a state trooper and a civilian car on Route 8/25 north near exit 4 had traffic backed up. According to radio reports the trooper had minor injuries. A person who was pumping gas on North Avenue told he did hear sirens leading up to the crash. A light pole and guard rail was struck.
Norwalk News: Human Trafficking Arrests
#Norwalk CT--In January of 2021, the Department of Children and Families received an anonymous tip regarding the sex trafficking of juveniles in Norwalk. The Department of Children and Families notified the Special Victims Unit of the Norwalk Police Department and an investigation was launched by Detective Patrick English. After a lengthy and complex investigation, Detective English identified multiple victims and the two suspects, Teresa Martinez and Eugene Luini. On December 26, 2022, members of the Special Victims Unit arrested Martinez in the City of Bridgeport and Luini in the Town of Fairfield. Stabbing On I-95 Rest Area In Fairfield
2022-12-26 @ 10:35pm--#Fairfield CT-- A man and woman parked at the northbound rest stop and Fairfield. They went into the convenience store where according to witnesses were arguing very loudly. They were asked to leave the store when the woman allegedly stabbed the man a number of times.
