#Bridgeport CT–Mayor Finch announced today that he is dropping out of the race for the mayor for the city of Bridgeport. Finch lost the Democratic Nomination to former mayor Joe Ganim who was convicted of extortion while the mayor of Bridgeport and served prison time. Finch put his support behind business woman Mary Jane Foster.

2:24pm–#Bridgeport CT–Report of a structure fire at 325 Lafayette Street. Firefighters on scene reporting nothing visible from the street, smoke detector going off in an apartment and they will had to force entry. Turns out to be food burning on the stove and it set off the sprinkler system.

12:09am–#Bridgeport CT– A two car crash at the intersection of Kossuth and Maple Street forces one of the cars in the front gate of Junco #19. Both drivers refused medical treatment.
I know they were in good hands with the first responders, let’s hope they are in Good Hands Insurance wise!
12:00am–#Bridgeport CT–That loud party at Madison Avenue and Old Town Road is being broken up by police. The party is quite large and there is a heavy police presence. If traveling avoid the area.
