UPDATE: The school dismissed early due to a bomb threat. Police were called to sweep the school (I thought that was the custodian's job). #Norwalk CT---The Norwalk Police Emerald Society is proud to announce that Norwalk Mayor Harry Rilling has been chosen as the Inaugural Norwalk St. Patrick’s Day Parade Grand Marshal. The parade will take place on Thursday March 17, 2016.
