The suspect is a heavyset white female with a tattoo of the word “LOYALTY” on her left forearm. Norwalk News: Nursing Home Fire
UPDATE: One person was injured and sent to Norwalk Hospital in a mattress fire that sent residents into the cold. Twenty five residents have been relocated to a hotel. 7:40pm--#Norwalk Connecticut-- A reported nursing home fire at 17 Nelson Avenue. No reported injuries at this time.
