UPDATE: Rafael Vasquez, 25 of 181 Hampton Street, Hartford was arrested when the stolen vehicle he was riding in was spotted driving erratically near exit 18 in Westport. State Police attempted to pull the car over but lost sight of it near exit 16. Police learned the vehicle was stolen out of Mamaroneck, New York which lead to speculation from reporters that it may have been one of the escaped convicts from Clinton Correctional Facility on June 6. State Police fielded calls from People Magazine afterwards. Westport Police picked up the pursuit on Route 1 heading towards Fairfield and Fairfield Police entered the chase when they entered their town. In a story we told you first, here is the press release from Stratford Police: The Stratford Police have been called for three separate incidents in the Stratford Center and the surrounding area. All cases involved an unknown male who has approached women and exposed himself to them. On one occasion he followed one of the women. At this time Stratford Police investigators are following all possible leads.
