UPDATE: Rafael Vasquez, 25 of 181 Hampton Street, Hartford was arrested when the stolen vehicle he was riding in was spotted driving erratically near exit 18 in Westport. State Police attempted to pull the car over but lost sight of it near exit 16. Police learned the vehicle was stolen out of Mamaroneck, New York which lead to speculation from reporters that it may have been one of the escaped convicts from Clinton Correctional Facility on June 6.
