Easter Egg Hunt For Everyone!

The Greens Farms Volunteer Fire Company will hold its 64th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 4 on the grounds of Long Lots School, Hyde Lane, Westport at 2:00 PM.

Children will hunt for the eggs in age groups through age ten. Children finding special marked eggs will receive Easter baskets. The Easter bunny will be there to meet and greet the children.

You do not have to be a citizen of Westport, it is open to everyone!

El Greens Farms Volunteer Fire Company celebrará su 64a caza anual huevo de Pascua el sábado 4 de abril, sobre la base de los lotes de escuela Long, Hyde Lane, Westport a las 2:00 AM.

Los niños la caza de los huevos en los grupos de edad a través de los diez años. Niños hallazgo de huevos marcados especiales recibirán canastas de Pascua. El conejo de Pascua estará allí para conocer y saludar a los niños.

Heroes in Action

#Fairfield CT–Dispatchers at Fairfield Police Department doing some heroic things  with back to back calls this morning.  First they are giving over the phone instructions for CPR until fire, police and EMS arrive.    Now they are coordinating information with a mom, the police and her lost child at a marathon race in town.  The child has been located.  I probably won’t know the outcome of the person having the heart attack.  What I do know is that dispatchers do this daily without much recognition.  We are blessed to have great professionals not just in Fairfield but in our entire area.  How about some likes to show your appreciation!

Trumbull News: Girls Apprehend After Fighting At Mall

8:02pm–#Trumbull CT– Five girls were apprehended at the lower level Target parking entrance at the Westfield Trumbul Mall on Main Street.  Apparently there was a large group fighting and five have been detained.

Trumbull News: POSSIBLE Break In

1:01am–#Trumbull CT–Police were called to West Wind  Road where a resident called saying he came home and found an unknown man in his kitchen who fled.  He then heard noises in his garage.  Police arrived, set u p a perimeter around the house.  A thorough search of the property and home turned up nothing.  Police also had cars in the neighborhood but found nothing.
