2:20am--#Fairfield CT-- Fairfield Firefighters called to Whole Foods on Grasmere Avenue for a fire alarm.  No smoke or flames on arrival.  If that place did burn down that would be like a billion dollar loss right? Fairfield News: Bar Fight Ends With Police Pursuit

1:01am--#Fairfield CT--Fairfield Police were called to Bill's Crossroads Cafe at 12 Tunxis Hill Road for a fight.  Police arrived and then called firefighters and EMS for a facial laceration which looked like a punch to the left side of the man's mouth.  A short time later an patrol officer called out a foot pursuit for the suspect, he was taken into custody a short time later two blocks away on Brookfield Avenue.  The victim was transported to the hospital for his injuries. That reminds me, I have to stop at Stan's Jamaican's Kitchen for some knock out Jamaican food.  The only Jamaican Restaurant in Fairfield.  Friendly staff too! 11:19pm--#Bridgeport CT--St. Vincent's Hospital called Bridgeport Police that a stabbing victim arrived at the hospital.  The stabbing took place on Livingston Street.  Police are on the way to investigate. 7:21pm--#Bridgeport CT-- A person was in Washington Park and had his bicycle stolen.  He went to call 911 and then had the phone stolen, then beaten up by a group of young teens.  Police on the way.  UPDATE: Now a report of a man in a white shirt chasing a group of 12 year olds.  Reports of shots fired as well. Bridgeport News: Man Dies After Being Hit By Train

7:42pm--#Bridgeport CT--A man was killed after being hit by a train in the same spot where train derailment happened  in May 17, 2013.  Witnesses say the man jumped in front of the train and the scene is not a pleasant one.  The passengers from the train were transported to another train by 9:oopm and trains resumed around 9:30pm  at a much slower speed in the area.  A man on the tracks at the Fairfield Train Station died a earlier this month on September 5th.   Initial reports said the accident happened at the Fairfield Metro Station.  Fairfield first responders were first on the scene after tracking it just over the boarder near the McDonald's on Fairfield Avenue.  his is reminiscent of…
