11:48pm--#New Haven CT #cttraffic #Bridgeport CT--Earlier today a BOLO (Be On the Look Out) was issued to area police around 6pm called for a man wanted for assaulting a New Haven Police Officer. At 11:48pm state police engaged in a pursuit of a red 1994 Ford Thunderbird in Fairfield heading northbound on I-95. At the time the man was wanted just for motor vehicle violations. The chase exited to exit 27A and proceeded north on Route 25 exiting into Bridgeport's north end, a majority of the chase was on Reservoir Avenue Chopsey Hill and Sylvan Avenue area.
