Barbara Butler, Director of the Westport Department of Human Services announces the return of the American Job Center Southwest’s (formerly known as CTWorks) Career Coach at Westport Town Hall. Bridgeport News: Man Shot On Wells Street

UPDATE:    #Bridgeport Police Press Release: At 11:37 p.m. in the 300 block of Wells Street. At 11:41 p.m., the victim arrived at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in a private car. Joshua Robles, 19,of Bridgeport, stated that he was sitting inside a car on Wells Street when two people approached. Shots were fired into the vehicle. Robles was struck in the chest and thigh. The injuries were not life threatening. Capt. Armando Perez, the captain of detectives,  said the shooting does not appear to be a random act. Robles’ name had surfaced as a possible suspect in a January shooting. Bridgeport News: Man Shot At Greene Homes

UPDATE: Bridgeport Police Press Release: At 11:23 p.m., police responded to 629 Washington Ave. in the Charles F. Greene Homes apartment complex on a report of shooting and located the victim inside a fourth-floor apartment in Building 5. Police located a blood trail and determined that the shooting happened in the lobby of the building and that the victim fled to the upstairs apartment. The victim, Raiheen Johnson, 32, of Bridgeport, told police that he was shot by a masked man  during an attempted robbery. When police asked for any additional information, the victim refused to provide any and became verbally abusive.
