Lou’s Food Armed Robbery Now A Manhunt

9:33pm--Police have a large perimeter set up looking for the two suspects from Madison, Lincoln, Cleveland and Arlington Streets.  According to a witness one of them may have been shot during the robbery.  One suspect was wearing a black puffy jacket, the other a black "P" style jacket and hoodie.  The may have shed their coats as police have locate a jacket and hoodie.  This will really benefit the K-9 on scene.  If you live in the area and see someone running in your yard call 911 immediately. 9:10pm--#Bridgeport CT--Lou's Food at 1255 Madison Avenue was just robbed at gunpoint by two males wearing masks.   Police are investigating.   This report sponsored by:

Westport Pursuit Ends In Bridgeport

At approximately 2:15 pm, Westport officers responded to Castle Wine & Spirits on a report of a shoplifting complaint. The female suspect reportedly stole a bottle of liquor and hid it in a bag while her male companion distracted other employees. Store employees provided dispatch with a description of the suspects and suspect vehicle. Detective Heinmiller spotted the suspect vehicle in the parking lot of another local liquor store. Other officers attempted to stop the vehicle who led police on a brief pursuit. With the assistance of Fairfield, Bridgeport and CT State Police, the vehicle was stopped on Interstate 95 in Bridgeport. Three suspects were taken into custody and the stolen liquor was recovered. 2:24pm--#cttraffic--I-95 northbound a police pursuit starting in Westport ends at exit 28.  The car was wanted for shoplifting at a package store in Westport.   Radio reports say the driver attempted to hit a state trooper using stop sticks.  Two now in custody turned over to Westport Police.
