1:01pm–#Bridgeport CT–Expecting someone by bus? They can be late as a police officer is reporting that a city bus has slid into a ditch on St. Stephen’s Road and a replacement bus has arrived for the passengers but is blocking the area.

10:00pm–#Bridgeport CT #Stratford CT–Almost simultaneously. An attempted robbery on Seaview Avenue on South Avenue, two men pointed a gun to the victim’s head. And in Bridgeport in or at 1372 Park Avenue an armed robbery, the lone suspect fled on foot towards Olive Street.

7:17pm–#Bridgeport CT–A man has been stabbed in the back at 54 Washington Terrace. She is now on the 2nd floor and has put the knife away. Police and EMS on the way.
Trumbull News: Car knocks power out
6:27pm–#Trumbull CT–A car has crashed into a utility pole, snapping it half and knocking primary electrical wires on Lorma Avenue and knocking power out in the area. The car continued and crashed into a garage causing structural damage to the structure. The road is closed at Lormar to Blackhouse Road. No Super Bowl for residents in the area, the town’s building inspector and UI officials dispatched to the call.
