Man Arrested on Domestic Assault Warrant
#Bridgeport, CT – Jan. 31, 2014 – A city man was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with a felony domestic violence warrant. Officer Christopher Martin responded to a Holly Street address on Wednesday on a report that a man, Sammy Hill, 39, was attempting to assault a relative. On scene, police determined that Hill also had a felony domestic violence warrant. Hill had fled the scene and police checked several locations but could not locate him. Police were called back Thursday on information that he had returned. Martin, Officer Paul Nikola and Lts. John Cummings and Kevin Gilleran, among others, responded. They were provided with information that he might have a gun and that he had substance abuse…

Stratford News: Fight on school bus — going after driver
2:41pm--#Stratford CT--Police on the way to the Broadway commuter lot where there is a fight on a school bus and reports say they are going after the driver. UPDATE-- The fight is now under control.

1:32am--#Bridgeport CT--Tonight's car fire is at 68 Read Street. Firefighters on the way. UPDATE--The owner of the burning Audi A4 reports the car is now rolling towards Beatrice Street.
