2:11am--#Darien CT- #cttraffic--I-95 northbound just after exit 9 a car and tractor trailer accident. It appears the highway is closed from the traffic cam, no cars moving from that point.
1:46am--#Bridgeport CT #cttraffic--I-95 north and southbound two separate crashes in both directions near exit 27. Possibly a third crash. Thankfully we have a private traffic cam company to have access these cameras since we CT DOT Cameras have been down for two weeks.
1:02am--#Norwalk CT--One car rollover in front of 219 Strawberry Hill Avenue. Police on scene reporting the driver is out of the car but bleeding from the head. EMS and firefighters on the way.

Fair Minimum Wage Act increases minimum wage to $10.10 over two years WASHINGTON, DC—Congressman Jim Himes (CT-4) signed a discharge petition to require an immediate vote on a bill to lift the minimum wage to $10.10 per hour. The Fair Minimum Wage Act of 2013 (H.R. 1010), which he cosponsors, will raise the purchasing power of minimum wage salaries to help working families afford more basic necessities. This, however, is still less than the $10.74 the minimum wage would be were it adjusted for inflation since its high of $10.56 in 1968.
