During a Snow Emergency, residents must move their cars off posted Snow Emergency streets or be subject to fines and towing. 10:33pm--#Bridgeport CT--Police are investigating a kidnapping that occurred outside the Food Bazaar at 500 Sylvan Avenue. Initial reports say a man kidnapped his ex-girlfriend at gunpoint and fled onto the highway in a red 4 door Nissan Altima with New York Plates. Police know who the suspect and victim are and are investigating. 10:55pm--UPDATE--Police have the car stopped on I-95 near exit 5. The have the suspect detained and the woman is ok!
