Problems with Paintball Guns

#Bridgeport CT--There have been a number of incidents in town of kids shooting people, cars and houses with paintball guns. I have avoided posting these to prevent copy cats but it doesn't seem to matter.  I checked with the police spokesman and he agreed it is better to warn citizens about these incidents. Below are incidents and details.  Check back as I will continue to update this thread as the come in. 10:11pm--Two kids in the Myrtle/Austin Street heading towards Park Avenue. 10:27pmm--About 15-20 kids Park Terrace near Columbia Street wearing masks  armed with paintball guns.  There is one kid with a video camera recording them.

Water Main Break, Traffic Problems, No Water In Area

#Bridgeport CT--A major water main break has caused major traffic delays on North Avenue between Island Brook and River Street.  Officials from Aquarion say the area will be closed to traffic, and residents off these streets will be without water while the repairs are being made.  The earliest estimation  for repairs is 8am Thursday morning.  The road will still require repaving after that.  Landmarks for the area is Popeye's Chicken to Scruples Gentlemen's Club.  The club was scheduled to host their Halloween Party but it is doubtful if they will be open, so call them if plan on attending. Mom Stabs Son

#Bridgeport, CT – Oct. 29, 2013 – A 34-year-old woman faces assault charges after she stabbed her teen-aged son during a dispute early this morning. Officer Joshua Ortiz was called to a Jackson Avenue address on a report of an assault and spoke there with the victim and a relative of the victim. The victim stated that he was at his mother’s house  on Wood Avenue earlier and she asked him to take out the garbage. A dispute happened when he stated that he would take the garbage out in the morning. The mother, Jacqueline  Morris, allegedly stabbed the teen in the back.
