Milford News: On June 14, 2023, Joseph Caviness, a 40-year-old homeless white man, was arrested for shoplifting at Boscov's. He was caught on camera taking merchandise worth $113 on two separate occasions. Caviness also has an active warrant for his arrest in New York City. He is being held on a $250,500 bond.

Milford News: On June 15, 2023, Carmen Fabozzi, a 49-year-old white man from Naugatuck, was arrested at Target for shoplifting.
