BLUMENTHAL URGES FTC INVESTIGATION REGARDING HIGH GAS PRICES

Bank Robber Arrested Within Minutes

#Bridgeprot CT-- #Stratford CT--The Bridgeport Police Department arrested a bank robbery suspect with minutes on Wednesday afternoon. At approximately 2:30 p.m., officers rapidly responded to a panic alarm at the TD Bank branch at 4865 Main St. at the intersection with Old Town Rd.   With the help of bank employees and customers, officers were quickly able to broadcast a description of the suspect, the getaway car and the initial getaway route. Minutes later, Bridgeport Detectives located the car on I-95 northbound.   The getaway car was eventually stopped in Stratford without incident, and 59 year-old Richard Davila (photograph attached), with a last known address in Stratford, was taken into custody. ATTORNEY GENERAL TONG URGES SWIFT SENATE ACTION TO PROTECT AGAINST TOXIC “FOREVER” CHEMICALS

Bank Robber Taken Into Custody

2021-11-17 #Stratford CT-- #Bridgeport CT-- Today around 14:20 Hours, an robbery that took place on the 4800th block of Main Street (TD Bank) in Bridgeport. The 911 center received a bank teller alarm at TD Bank.  Initial reports indicated that the suspect did not display a gun but made the “gun motion” within his jacket according to one caller. The responsible party fled in an older model vehicle.  The suspect engaged several officers in a brief pursuit and was apprehended in Stratford by I-95 close to West Broad Street and Linden.  At this time there have been no injuries reported in this incident.  The Bridgeport Police Department is current processing the incident/person and have yet to release the name and mugshots…
