First Selectman Mike Tetreau and Board of Finance (BOF) Chair Tom Flynn announced today that, primarily as a result of ongoing administrative initiatives, reduced health care costs and operational adjustments on the town-side, the Town has been able to reduce the proposed budget increase to approximately 4.8%.
